IN-PERSON WORKSHOP

The People Factor:
Create Your Team and Culture to Achieve Your Vision

A Scaling Leader™ workshop focused on building the team and culture your next stage of growth requires.

The Focus of the Workshop

In this short video, Courtney De Ronde, founder of Scaling Leader, shares the focus of the June workshop and why this topic becomes especially important as organizations grow.

For Scaling Leader passholders and coaches, this preview can help you think about who else might benefit from being in the room with you.

For leaders exploring Scaling Leader for the first time, it offers a quick introduction to the workshop and the kinds of conversations that happen inside the room.

Many leaders attend Scaling Leader because someone they trust invited them to experience the room firsthand. If you’re considering joining us, we’d love to have you there.

You’re Growing…
But Starting to Feel the Strain

Your team is talented, committed, and aligned with the mission. But something is shifting.

As the organization grows, the systems and roles that once worked begin to show strain. Decisions take longer. Communication becomes less clear. Roles that once worked feel stretched.

At some point, every growing organization reaches a defining question:

What team and culture does our vision require, and how do we build it?

What Leaders Walk Away With

Leaders who attend this workshop leave with:

  • A clearer understanding of how their current team and culture support, or limit, the next stage of growth

  • A structured way to evaluate team alignment, culture health, and leadership effectiveness

  • A clearer picture of the team they have today and the team their next stage of growth requires

  • Specific next steps for evolving their team, strengthening leadership, and reinforcing the culture required for the future

Attend This Workshop to Lead the Team Your Vision Deserves

You’ve built something meaningful; and you shouldn’t stop. However, leading through growth means more than scaling operations. It means evolving your team and culture with care.

We know how hard it is to carry the weight of people decisions without a clear map. That’s why this in-person workshop is designed to give you structure, support, and tools you can trust.

You’ll leave with a plan rooted in insight, not guesswork, and a renewed belief that your vision and your team can grow stronger together.

What Leaders Say About Scaling Leader

“What I love best about Scaling Leader is you don’t leave with a bunch of content to go home and apply. We spend lots of time using the tools. We’re not leaving with an empty notebook and a plan to do something in the future. We actually get things done here before we leave.”

David Limiero

President & Founder of Edens View Coaching and Consulting

“I’ve been part of other coaching groups before, and I’m impressed with the program, style, and format and with having two days versus a single day. I walked away with an action plan, knowing what I would do instead of just waiting until I got back and then putting the binder on my desk and not looking at it again.”

Scott Fredericksen

CEO & Chief Pilot at Colorado Aerial Imaging

“I’ve always been the one to grind and hustle, and I had a very successful business, which was also my downfall because I didn’t have systems. I grew a business, but I didn’t scale a business. And so, coming here, I learned how to expand and be intentional about my vision. I am 100% clear on what I need to do and how I need to do it.”

Dr. Sheri Riley

Founder and President of Exponential Living

“You think you know enough about yourself to be a good leader, but Scaling Leader helped me learn much more. It will make such a big difference and help me as a leader and personally in my day-to-day life.”

Staci Humiston

Executive Director at Reach for Your Potential

“I know where I want my business to go. Scaling Leader is teaching me how to get there so I can scale and take my company to the next level.”

Ann Brennan

Owner of No BS Marketing

Guided by Courtney De Ronde and Kevin B. Jennings

Scaling Leader workshops are facilitated by Courtney De Ronde and Kevin B. Jennings, who lead the room together throughout the experience.

Courtney teaches the core frameworks and tools behind the Simple ScaleUp System™, drawing on stories and examples from her own experience leading and advising growing organizations. Kevin helps guide the working sessions that follow, coaching leaders as they apply the concepts to their own teams and organizations.

Together, they create a workshop environment that is practical, interactive, and supportive. Leaders learn the concepts, work through the tools, and receive real-time coaching as they think through their own organizations.

About Scaling Leader

Scaling Leader is an annual program for founders and leaders of established, growing organizations.
As businesses grow, complexity increases. More people, more decisions, and more moving parts change how the organization must operate. Even with a capable team, leaders often find themselves carrying the weight of that complexity.

Scaling Leader helps leaders build the leadership capacity, systems, and structure their organizations need to support the next stage of growth.
Through quarterly workshops, practical tools, and conversations with peers, leaders apply the Simple ScaleUp System™ and strengthen the leadership capacity of their organizations.

Many leaders first experience Scaling Leader by attending a workshop as a guest. Those who continue gain an ongoing place to learn, reflect, and make progress alongside other leaders navigating similar challenges.
