Kevin B. Jennings is a business coach and personal brand strategist. He helps ambitious creatives and leaders get unstuck with the credibility, clarity, and courage they need to turn their ideas into income and impact.

This Scaling Leader workshop is designed to help driven owners and leaders of businesses and nonprofits seeking to scale their operations and leadership capabilities strategically.

On both days of the workshop, you’ll join us from 9 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. CT. There will be a break for lunch, as well as morning and afternoon breaks with lunch and snacks provided.

This workshop is held at The Harpeth Hotel in Franklin, Tennessee, right outside of Nashville. The venue is located in the heart of historic Franklin.

During the workshop, you will need to bring your current organization chart. Also, please bring a list of your current processes along with the owners of these processes.

The Harpeth was voted the best Hilton in the country this past year. Also, we find Nashville an ideal location that’s easy for people to get to from most locations.
