Yes! If you don’t have an established leadership team, you can still work through the three days to complete your strategic plan, and we welcome you to do so.

If you have a leadership team but haven’t done strategic planning before, you might also prefer to attend alone for your first time based on your learning and operating preferences.

You’ll join us from 9 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. CT each day of the workshop (Nov. 6-8), with a one-hour break for lunch, as well as morning and afternoon breaks with snacks.

Strategic Planning Workshops are held at The Harpeth Hotel in Franklin, Tennessee, right outside Nashville. The venue is located in the heart of historic Franklin, perfect for your strategic planning getaway.

At Forge, we find value in getting away from day-to-day responsibilities and disconnecting to do the deep work of strategic planning, and we think you will, too!

Also, we find Nashville an ideal location that’s easy for people to get to from across the country.

No, hotel costs are not included in the registration fee. However, we do have a room block at The Harpeth Hotel with a discounted rate for the workshop and will facilitate booking your room(s) for you.

Upon completion of the registration form, you will receive an email from the Forge Team with a link to securely submit payment information.
