Inside Scaling Leader™
Scaling Leader is a three-year group coaching and leadership development program for leaders of established, growing organizations.
Quarterly In-Person Intensives
Four times a year, you step away from your business for two to three days focused entirely on your leadership and your business. Each intensive is designed to solve a specific problem leaders face as they grow.
No Homework
The work gets done here. Every intensive follows the same rhythm: learn a concept, then work through it on your actual business, with support in the room.
A Complete System
Ten intensives across three years, all built on the Simple ScaleUp System. Four core areas: finance, leadership, productivity, and people. One intensive at a time, you’re installing a complete operating system into your organization.
Join at Any Quarter
The content isn’t sequential. There’s no wrong time to start. Every intensive stands on its own and connects to the whole.
Environments Worth Leaving For

Scaling Leader intensives are facilitated by Courtney De Ronde and Kevin B. Jennings, who lead the room together throughout the experience.
Courtney teaches the core frameworks and tools behind the Simple ScaleUp System™, drawing on stories and examples from her own experience leading and advising growing organizations. Kevin helps guide the working sessions that follow, coaching leaders as they apply the concepts to their own teams and organizations.
Together, they create an intensive environment that is practical, interactive, and supportive. Leaders learn the concepts, work through the tools, and receive real-time coaching as they think through their own organizations.
Courtney De Ronde
Courtney is the Co-Founder and CEO of Forge Financial & Management Consulting and the creator of the Simple ScaleUp System™ and Scaling Leader™.
She spent more than two decades building and leading a growing organization — through expansion, restructuring, and reinvention. She knows what it feels like to be the person the business can’t outgrow. The mistakes, the hard lessons, the growth. Everything she teaches came from living it.
Through Scaling Leader, Courtney helps founders and senior leaders build the clarity, structure, and leadership capacity to scale without the weight of growth falling back on them.
Kevin B. Jennings
Kevin is a business strategist and coach who knows the Simple ScaleUp System inside and out. In the working sessions, he’s in the room with you — asking the right questions, pushing your thinking, and helping you apply what you just learned to your actual business.
His energy and Courtney’s calm, steady presence create a dynamic that members consistently describe as one of the most valuable parts of the experience.

While Scaling Leader is a year-long membership, there’s one way you can attend an intensive before committing: Join us for the Planning to Scale annual strategic planning workshop in August.
It’s the one time a year Scaling Leader is open outside of active passholders.
Over three days in Vail, you’ll work alongside fellow leaders to clarify your three-year vision, build a focused annual roadmap, and leave with a plan your team can actually execute.
